Educational Qualification
- Required Degree:MBA (Master of Business Administration) OR MHRM (Master of Human Resource Management) OR PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management)
- Duration:Full Time course of minimum 2 years

Professional Experience
- Minimum Experience:4 years of hands-on industrial experience in relevant areas
- Experience Areas:Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Apprenticeship Engagement, Labour Laws
- Work Areas:HR Operations, Personnel Management, Statutory Compliance, Labour Welfare
- Preference:Candidates with relevant work experience in HMT Machine Tools Limited will be given preference

Job Description & Responsibilities
- Unit HR Support:Assist Unit HR Chief and work on day-to-day Unit HR Operations and Functions
- Employee Welfare:Manage Employee Welfare Activities
- Statutory Compliance:Ensure Statutory and applicable labour law compliance with frequent liaison with Government Authorities
- Legal Matters:Handle all legal matters pertaining to the unit with frequent status updates to management
- Training & Development:Conduct and coordinate Training and Development Activities for employees
- GeM Portal Tenders:Handle tenders through GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal

- Casual Leave:10 days per calendar year (pro-rata for every month of service)
- Earned Leave:2.5 days with pay (No encashment at end of year or on separation)
Medical Benefits
- Medical Allowance:One month’s basic salary per annum for medical expenses
- Coverage:Both in-patient and out-patient medical expenses
- Payment:Amount divided equally by 12 and paid monthly along with salary

- Maternity Benefit:Female personnel entitled as per Maternity Benefit Act, 1961
- Surety Amount:5% deducted monthly, refunded after contract completion (if not terminated early)
Tenure of Engagement
- Initial Period:2 Years (Fixed Term Appointment)
- Extension:May be extended for further 2 years on yearly basis (Max 4 years total)

- Termination Notice:3 months notice by either party OR 3 months salary in lieu
